Spa Policies & Etiquette

We ask all clients to arrive on time to their scheduled appointment and for new clients to complete a client intake form before receiving any treatments. Booking appointments 4 weeks in advanced or prior to leaving your appointment is recommended to ensure we can cater to your needs.

*IMPORTANT* If we are not able to greet you upon arrival please pour yourself a cup of tea and make yourself comfortable in our waiting area as we are giving our undivided attention to another client during their session.

*NO-SHOW/CANCELLATION POLICY*

Upon booking, a credit card number is required to hold your reservation. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. No-show appointments will be charged in full.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS

We take the health and well-being of our guests and team very seriously. We are following all state mandated guidelines, below are the steps we are taking to ensure your safety.


  • Barbacide COVID19 Certifications for all service providers will be visibly displayed.


  • Anyone entering the premises will receive a temperature check.


  • Clients directed to quarantine, experiencing COVID 19 symptoms, in contact with someone with COVID-19, traveled out of state to areas with high incidence of COVID 19 within 14 days are asked to reschedule.  


  • Clients will be seen by appointment only and must arrive on time.


  • Intake form and COVID-19 waivers must be filled before receiving a service.


  • Clients will text or check-in with Vagaro app to report their arrival, a text notification will be sent to notify when it is time to come in.
     

  • Guests are required to wearing protective masks.


  • Facial masks are available for purchase.
     

  • Service providers will be wearing masks and shields.


  • Clients and team are asked to wash hands before each treatment.


  • All surfaces are sanitized and disinfected upon opening/closing, before/after each guest, and frequently touched surfaces every 30 minutes. Laundry & linens are stored in disinfected containers.
     

  • Each room has a Hepa Air purifier, touchless hand sanitizer, touchless soap dispenser, touchless paper towel dispenser, and touchless trashcan.
